2025年10月30日に開催された「びんごデジタルラボEXPO」に参加し、特別講義「ITツールで“楽して儲かる”“儲かる体質”へ進化させる変革とは」に登壇されたフューチャリスト友村晋氏のお話を拝聴いたしました。

本イベントは、地域の中小企業を対象にしたデジタル推進のための展示・講演イベントであり、最新のITツールやDX事例が多数紹介されました。

なかでも、特別講義「ITツールで“楽して儲かる”“儲かる体質”へ進化させる変革とは」で登壇されたフューチャリスト友村晋氏の講演には、大きな感銘を受けました。

講演の中では、組織変革に必要な危機感の醸成と、抵抗勢力への対応策、さらに生成AIを活用した守りと攻めのDX実践まで、現場で直面する課題に即した数々の知見が示されました。

1. DXの本質は「危機感」と「変革」

友村氏は、「DXとは単なるデジタル化ではなく、生き残るための組織変革である」と定義されました。そして、その第一歩には“健全な危機感”が不可欠だと指摘されます。

日本では、「今はなんとかやれているから大丈夫」と現状維持に甘んじる企業が多く存在します。しかし、その思考こそが、変化の激しい時代において大きなリスクとなるのです。

2. コッターの変革8段階に学ぶ「抵抗勢力」との向き合い方

DX推進の過程で必ず現れるのが、社内の抵抗勢力です。
「セキュリティが不安」「コストがかかる」といった“もっともらしい”理由で変化を拒みますが、その背景には危機感の欠如があります。

このとき参考になるのが、ハーバード大学のJ.コッター氏が提唱する「変革の8段階モデル」です。

• 第1段階：危機感の醸成
  → 「このままでは会社が生き残れない」という現実に直面させる。

• 第3段階：必要性の明確な伝達
  → 感情論ではなく、数字・固有名詞・体験談・一次情報を使って説得する。

これらの段階を踏むことで、抵抗勢力にも変革の必要性を理解してもらい、組織として一枚岩になることが可能となります。

3. ChatGPTを活用した「守り」と「攻め」のDX実践

DXの成功には、日々の業務に「具体的な変化」を起こすことが欠かせません。友村氏は、生成AIであるChatGPTを用いた守りと攻めのDX実践例を紹介されました。

守りのDX（業務効率化）：

• 議事録作成・要約： ZoomやTeamsと連携し、会議記録を自動生成。ChatGPTが要点を即座に整理。

• 社員トレーニング： ChatGPTの音声モードを活用し、面接練習やロールプレイングの相手として機能。

攻めのDX（売上向上）：

• 失注案件の自動抽出： Gmailデータを解析し、過去の案件情報を一覧化。

• 営業自動化： AIが開封率や反応を分析し、最適なタイミングで営業アプローチを通知。

これらの事例は、単なる便利ツールの活用にとどまらず、経営インパクトを生む変革の武器として生成AIを位置づけたものです。

4. 「下りエスカレーター」に乗っていないかを自問する

講演の終盤、友村氏は企業経営の視点として「下りエスカレーターに乗っていないか」を問う重要性に触れられました。

一生懸命に走っても、状況が良くならない。
そんなときは、現状維持ではなく大胆な方向転換や事業再設計が求められるサインです。

「変わらないこと」のリスクを見極め、未来を選び取る判断力が企業には必要とされているのです。

5. 無知の無知から脱却し、学び続ける組織へ

日本は「大人が勉強しない国」とも言われています。変化が早い現代において、知識の更新を怠れば、それは「無知の無知」となり、気づかぬうちに競争力を失う原因となります。

台湾の元IT大臣の言葉にあるように、

「生涯学び続けない人は生き残れない」

という時代がすでに到来しています。

Driving Successful DX: Urgency, Resistance, and the Power of Generative AI

At the Bingo Digital Lab EXPO held on October 30, 2025, futurist Mr. Susumu Tomomura delivered a compelling talk on digital transformation (DX) as a means of survival—not just digitization. He stressed the importance of cultivating a healthy sense of urgency, warning against complacency.

Referencing Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model, he highlighted how internal resistance is natural but must be overcome through clear, data-driven communication of DX’s necessity.

Mr. Tomomura also introduced practical DX applications using ChatGPT, from automated meeting summaries to AI-driven sales follow-ups. These “defensive” and “offensive” DX examples show how generative AI can both streamline operations and uncover new business opportunities.

Finally, he urged companies to assess whether they are on a “downward escalator”—running hard without moving forward—and called for lifelong learning to avoid falling into “unknown ignorance.”

2025年10月24日、安西工業では「第2回生成AIセミナー」を社内向けに開催いたしました。今回も講師を務めてくださったのは、地元・因島の司法書士であり、「AI仕事丸投げエキスパート」としても知られる村上裕紀先生です。

村上先生は、法律の専門知識に加え、最新のAI技術を業務に取り入れることで高い効率化を実現されています。セミナーでは、社員の習熟度に合わせた丁寧でユーモアあふれる解説が好評で、前回に引き続き、今回もあっという間の2時間となりました。

第1回のセミナーでは「はじめてのChatGPT活用セミナー」と題し、生成AIの基本とChatGPTの活用方法について学びました。
第2回となる今回は、Google社が提供する「NotebookLM」の実践的な運用方法に焦点を当てました。特に、社内マニュアルの作成や情報整理といった実務に直結する内容で、受講者からは「実際の業務にすぐ活かせそう」といった声も多く聞かれました。

実際に、第1回以降、徐々に社員がAIツールを業務に取り入れ始めており、社内でもGoogle Workspaceの導入を進めるなど、さらなる業務効率化に向けた取り組みが動き出しています。

今後も安西工業は、デジタル技術の活用を通じて、社員一人ひとりの業務環境の改善と、企業全体の生産性向上を図ってまいります。

2nd Generative AI Seminar: Embracing AI for Smarter Workflows

In October 2025, Anzai Industries hosted its second internal Generative AI Seminar, led once again by Mr. Hiroki Murakami—a judicial scrivener from Innoshima and a self-proclaimed “AI Work Delegation Expert.”

Mr. Murakami combines his legal expertise with practical AI applications, helping professionals streamline their work. His seminar, known for its thoughtful pacing and humor, was well received, with time flying by for participants.

Following the first seminar, which introduced the basics of generative AI and ChatGPT, this second session focused on the use of “NotebookLM” by Google. The session highlighted its potential in tasks such as internal manual creation and knowledge management—areas of immediate relevance to our company’s needs.

Since the first seminar, employees have gradually started integrating AI tools into their work, and we are preparing to implement Google Workspace to further enhance operational efficiency.

先日、経理業務の効率化とアプリ化をテーマに、DX推進に関する定例ミーティングを実施しました。

ミーティングの概要

今回のミーティングでは、次のような観点から現状の課題を洗い出し、改善策を検討しました。

• 複数人が同じデータを入力している業務の見直し

• 人的ミスを減らすための自動登録機能の導入検討

• 最終確認のみ人の目で行う効率的なワークフローの構築

これにより、業務全体の作業負担軽減と正確性の向上を目指しています。

目指すゴール

• 経理部門：日ごと・月ごとの出入金状況を即時に把握できる体制の整備

• 工場部門：「工事台帳」アプリを通じたアプリ集約と、予算と実績の一元管理の実現

今回のミーティングでは、部門間の連携強化とデジタル化の方向性が明確になりました。最終目標達成に向けて、あと一歩という段階まで進んでいます。

今後も継続的に改善を重ね、DX推進による業務改革を加速してまいります。

A Step Forward in Accounting DX – Issues and Solutions Identified in Our Regular Meeting
We recently held a regular meeting focused on driving digital transformation in our accounting operations.
The team reviewed current processes to identify overlapping data entry tasks and explored automation options to reduce manual input—leaving only final checks to human reviewers.

Our Vision:

• For Accounting: Build a system that enables immediate access to daily and monthly financial data

• For Factory Operations: Centralize all operational apps into a unified “Project Ledger” to manage budgets and actuals more effectively

The meeting clarified the direction of our DX efforts and strengthened cross-departmental collaboration. With the final goal nearly within reach, we remain committed to continuous improvement through digital innovation.

このたび当社では、DX推進の一環として「工事案件管理アプリ」を完成させ、運用を開始いたしました。

1. 導入の背景

従来、工事案件に関する見積もりや請求、進捗状況は複数の書類やシステムに分散しており、情報の把握に多くの時間を要していました。アナログ的な業務プロセスを改善し、効率性と精度を高めることが大きな課題でした。

2. アプリの機能と成果

新たに開発した工事案件管理アプリは、工事の見積もりから社長承認、工事完了までを一元的に管理できる仕組みです。これにより、以下の成果が得られました。

• 案件ごとの進捗や承認状況をリアルタイムに把握

• 入力や書類作成の重複を削減し、ミスを防止

• 承認フローを迅速化し、透明性を確保

なお、日報アプリはすでに半年前から運用を開始しており、今回の工事案件管理アプリとあわせて、業務全体の効率化をさらに前進させています。

3. 今後の展望：データの利活用で経営判断をサポート

今後は「請求書アプリ」「工程管理アプリ」「発注アプリ」の開発を進め、これらを連携させることで、自動的に「工事台帳」を生成できる仕組みを整えてまいります。これにより、予実管理（予算と実績の比較）を一層強化し、経営判断に直結する正確かつ迅速なデータ活用を実現してまいります。

安西工業は引き続き、DXを通じて業務改革と品質向上を推進し、お客様と地域社会への価値提供をさらに高めてまいります。

Breaking Away from Analog Workflows with Our New “Construction Project Management App”

As part of our digital transformation (DX) initiatives, we are pleased to announce the launch of our new Construction Project Management App.

1. Background
In the past, project information such as estimates, invoices, and progress was scattered across multiple documents and systems, making management both time-consuming and inefficient.

2. Features and Achievements
The new app integrates the entire process—from project estimation to CEO approval and completion—into a single system. Key benefits include:

• Real-time visibility of project status and approvals

• Reduced duplication and input errors

• Faster and more transparent approval workflows

Our Daily Report App has already been in operation for six months, and together with this new system, it has significantly accelerated overall efficiency.

3. Future Outlook
Looking ahead, we plan to develop additional applications—including invoicing, scheduling, and purchasing tools—and integrate them to automatically generate comprehensive project ledgers. This will strengthen budget vs. actual management and provide accurate data to support timely business decisions.

このたび、当社では DX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）推進の一環として「作業日報アプリ」を導入 いたしました。

■ 従来の課題

これまでの作業日報は紙やExcelに記入する形式で、入力や集計に多くの手間と時間がかかっていました。
また、情報を整理するのにも時間を要し、リアルタイムで状況を把握することが難しい状況でした。

■ アプリ導入による効果

新たに導入した作業日報アプリにより、以下のような効果が得られています。

• 日報の入力がスムーズに行える

• 自動集計機能により手作業の負担を大幅に削減

• 工事ごとの作業時間や予定と実績の比較が即座に可能

• 工場別・全体・従業員ごとの作業時間を直感的に把握

• グラフによる可視化で、状況を分かりやすく確認

これにより、現場の作業効率化はもちろん、管理面でもスピーディーかつ正確な情報把握が可能となりました。

■ 今後の展望

今回のアプリ導入は、当社DX推進の第一歩です。
今後は RPA（ロボティック・プロセス・オートメーション） を活用し、さらなる業務効率化・自動化を進めてまいります。

当社はこれからもデジタル技術を積極的に取り入れ、社員が働きやすい環境を整えるとともに、より高品質なものづくりを実現してまいります。

Our DX Journey: The New Work Report App

As part of our digital transformation (DX) strategy, we have successfully introduced the Work Report App, designed to boost efficiency and enhance data visibility.

Challenges Before the App
Our previous reporting system relied on manual, paper-based, or Excel processes, which were time-consuming and lacked real-time monitoring capabilities.

Key Features & Impact
The new application streamlines our reporting with the following functionalities:

• Seamless daily report submission

• Automated data aggregation

• Real-time tracking of planned vs. actual hours

• Data visualization by project, factory, or individual

• Intuitive graphical analysis

These features have significantly improved operational efficiency and strengthened management accuracy.

What’s Next?
This app represents a foundational step in our DX roadmap. We are preparing to introduce RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to further automate workflows and drive efficiency across the company.
