社内ポータルサイト運用開始のお知らせ

いつも当社のブログをご覧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

このたび安西工業では、DX推進の一環として、4言語（日本語・英語・タガログ語・セブアノ語）に対応した社内ポータルサイトを開設し、運用を開始いたしました。

ポータルサイトの目的と特徴

新たに立ち上げたポータルサイトでは、以下のような機能を備え、情報共有の精度向上と業務効率化を目指しています。

  • 重要なお知らせの一元管理
  • 全社共有情報のタイムリーな発信
  • 外国人従業員への多言語対応
  • スマートフォンやタブレットに対応したレスポンシブ設計

本サイトはレスポンシブ対応となっており、スマートフォンやタブレットからでも快適に閲覧が可能です。これにより、いつでもどこでも会社からの連絡事項を確認することができます。

今後、全社的な連絡・告知は原則として本サイトを通じて行ってまいります。

多様性に配慮した情報環境の整備

グローバル化が進む中で、安西工業では多国籍な従業員が安心して働ける環境づくりを重要視しています。今回のポータルサイト開設は、その一環として、言語の壁を超えた情報伝達の実現を目指すものです。

公式Facebookページ開設予定のお知らせ

さらに今後は、外国人従業員の皆さま、そしてそのご家族やご友人の方々に向けて、安西工業の公式Facebookページを開設する予定です。

このページでは、因島での仕事風景や日常の様子、地域行事などを発信し、社員の皆さんが地域に根ざして安心して生活されている様子をお届けしてまいります。

今後も、社員一人ひとりが必要な情報に迅速にアクセスできる体制を整え、より良い職場環境と地域とのつながりを大切にしてまいります。

As Part of Our DX Initiatives: Launch of a Multilingual, Mobile-Friendly Internal Portal and Upcoming Facebook Page

As part of our DX (Digital Transformation) initiatives, we are pleased to announce the launch of our new internal portal site, now available in four languages: Japanese, English, Tagalog, and Cebuano.

This portal serves as a centralized platform for important announcements and company-wide updates. It offers multilingual support and a responsive design, enabling employees to conveniently access information from smartphones or tablets—anytime, anywhere.

In addition, we are planning to launch Anzai Industry’s official Facebook page to share updates not only with our international employees but also with their families and friends. The page will highlight daily life, work scenes, and events in Innoshima to help build a stronger sense of connection and trust.

We remain committed to advancing digital innovation while fostering a more inclusive and transparent workplace environment.

重井小トランペット鼓隊60周年記念行事に出席いたしました

2027年1月17日（土）、因島の重井小学校にて「重井小トランペット鼓隊60周年記念行事」が開催されました。弊社代表・安西が本行事に来賓として招かれ、心温まる式典に参加いたしました。

重井小トランペット鼓隊は、60年もの長きにわたり、地域に音楽の喜びと感動を届けてきた伝統ある活動です。安西自身も小学校5・6年生の頃に団員として演奏した経験があり、今回の節目の行事への参加は個人的にも深い思い入れのある機会となりました。

安西は、母校への感謝の気持ちを込めて、平成22年にトランペット18台を寄贈。また、楽器の修理費用や60周年記念写真集の制作費などに対しても継続的な寄付を行っております。こうした支援は、地域の子どもたちが安心して音楽活動に取り組める環境づくりの一助となっています。

2027年春には、150年の歴史をもつ重井小学校が閉校を迎えることもあり、今回の60周年記念行事は、地域にとっても大きな節目となり、多くの関係者にとって忘れられない時間となりました。安西工業は今後も、地域とのつながりを大切にし、次世代を担う子どもたちへの支援を続けてまいります。

Attending the 60th Anniversary Event of the Shigei Elementary School Trumpet Band

On Saturday, January 17, 2027, Shigei Elementary School in Innoshima held a commemorative event celebrating the 60th anniversary of its trumpet band. Our company president, Mr. Anzai, was invited as a guest of honor.

The Shigei Trumpet Band has been a cherished symbol of the local community for six decades, bringing music and inspiration to generations. Mr. Anzai, a former band member during his 5th and 6th grade years, shared a deep personal connection with this milestone event.

In 2010, Mr. Anzai donated 18 trumpets to his alma mater and has since supported the school’s music program through funding for repairs and the production of a commemorative photo album. His contributions have helped sustain an environment where children can enjoy and grow through music.

As Shigei Elementary prepares to close in the spring of 2027 after 150 years of history, this anniversary event marked a heartfelt farewell and a tribute to the school’s enduring legacy. Anzai Industries remains committed to supporting the local community and the next generation.

2026年新春ラジオ出演報告 ― 2026年、安西工業が掲げる「挑戦の哲学」

2026年1月9日、FMふくやまのラジオ番組「安西工業プレゼンツSHIMANAMI Thanks,buddy」に、弊社代表取締役・安西修一と常務取締役・中村遼がゲスト出演いたしました。

本放送は「無茶ぶり宣言」をテーマに、台本なしのフリートーク形式で行われ、番組は終始、笑いと熱意に包まれた内容となりました。

「無茶ぶり」に込めた想い

番組内では、「無茶ぶり」とは単なる無理難題ではなく、“挑戦のきっかけ”であり、“成長の原動力”であるという社長 安西の考えが語られました。これまで経験のない案件や突発的な要望にも全力で応える姿勢が、安西工業の企業文化の核となっています。

常務 中村も、入社当初に未知の分野である建築鉄骨業務に挑戦した経験を通じて、「やってみろ」と背中を押されたことが、自身の成長につながったと振り返りました。

「誰もやっていないこと」を貫く経営方針

安西工業は造船業からスタートし、現在では建築鉄骨や製缶加工といった多岐にわたる鉄の加工事業に取り組んでいます。多様なバックグラウンドを持つ人材が集まり、それぞれの経験や感性を活かしながら事業を発展させてきました。社長 安西は、「やったことがないことに挑む」ことを信条とし、今後もその方針を貫いていくと語っています。

2026年の抱負 ― 無茶ぶりに応え、無茶ぶりを仕掛ける

番組の最後には、社長 安西が「今年も無茶ぶりしていきます」、常務 中村が「どんな無茶ぶりにも応えていきます」と宣言し、新たな一年に向けての決意を表明しました。

安西工業はこれからも、地域に根ざし、若者や多様な挑戦者を応援しながら、ものづくりを通じて未来を切り拓いてまいります。

Radio Appearance Report: Kicking Off 2026 with a Spirit of Bold Challenges
On January 9, 2026, our President Shuichi Anzai and Executive Director Ryo Nakamura appeared as guests on FM Fukuyama’s radio program “SHIMANAMI Thanks, buddy.”

The theme of the day was “Bold Declarations for 2026.” Without a prepared script, the discussion highlighted our company’s commitment to embracing the unexpected—what we affectionately call “mucha-buri,” or bold challenges.

President Anzai shared his belief that growth stems from attempting what’s never been done before, while Executive Director Nakamura reflected on his own journey of taking on unfamiliar work in construction steel, encouraged by the spirit of “just try it.”

Founded in the shipbuilding industry, Anzai Industry now handles diverse metalwork including steel structures and welding. We bring together people from all walks of life, leveraging their unique skills and perspectives to innovate in manufacturing.

At the end of the program, President Anzai vowed to keep initiating challenges, while Executive Director Nakamura pledged to meet them head-on—a fitting mindset as we enter a new year full of possibilities.

We look forward to continuing to grow with our community, supporting youth and challengers from all backgrounds, and forging a safer, higher-quality future through manufacturing.

謹んで新春のお慶びを申し上げます。

旧年中は、安西工業をご支援いただき、誠にありがとうございました。 皆様のご厚情に支えられ、無事に新しい年を迎えることができました。地域社会の一員として、また信頼される企業として、皆様とのつながりを大切にしながら歩みを進めてまいりました。

2026年は、さらなる挑戦と成長を目指し、「変化を恐れず前進する年」と位置づけております。社員一人ひとりが安心して力を発揮できる職場環境の整備を進め、より一層高品質な製品の製作に努めてまいります。

また、1月5日には、大山神社様をお招きし、本社事務所および各工場にて安全祈願を執り行いました。

Taus-puso kaming nagpapasalamat sa inyong patuloy na suporta sa Anzai Industries noong nakaraang taon. Dahil sa inyong tiwala, matagumpay naming nasimulan ang bagong taon. Bilang bahagi ng lokal na komunidad, patuloy naming pahahalagahan ang ating ugnayan.

Ngayong 2026, ang aming layunin ay harapin ang mga bagong hamon nang walang takot sa pagbabago. Sisiguraduhin naming magkaroon ng ligtas at maayos na kapaligiran sa trabaho para sa bawat empleyado upang makabuo ng mga de-kalidad na produkto.

Noong ika-5 ng Enero, nagsagawa kami ng pagdarasal para sa kaligtasan (Safety Prayer) sa tulong ng Oyama Shrine sa aming head office at sa mga sumusunod na planta:
