7月19日・20日の2日間にわたり、弊社がメインスポンサーを務めさせていただいております「SHIMANAMI Beach FES26」が、盛況のうちに閉幕いたしました。

両日ともに天候に恵まれ、例年を上回る酷暑の中ではありましたが、たくさんのお客様にご来場いただきました。会場までお越しくださった皆様、そしてイベントを支えてくださったすべての方々に、心より御礼申し上げます。

地域の皆様とともに作り上げるイベント

本イベントは入場無料で開催しており、これは地元をはじめとする近隣エリアの企業様、そして個人の皆様からの温かいご協賛によって支えられているものです。

今年は70社を超える企業様・個人の皆様からご協賛をいただきました。資金面でのご支援はもちろんのこと、当日の運営に向けて設営や当日の場内清掃など労働力のご支援をくださった企業様もいらっしゃいました。SHIMANAMI Beach FESは、まさに地域が一体となって「みんなで作り上げるイベント」であり、こうした皆様のご協力なくして開催することはできません。

ご協賛・ご協力いただいたすべての皆様に、この場をお借りして深く感謝申し上げます。

海と島の絶景が織りなす特別なステージ

会場は、目の前に海と島々の景観美が広がる、島内でも最高のロケーションです。毎年この場所で開催しており、この美しい景色をバックにパフォーマンスを披露していただく出演アーティストの皆様からの評判も、年々高まっております。

自然の景観と音楽が一体となるこの空間は、来場されたお客様にとっても、そしてご出演いただいたアーティストの皆様にとっても、特別な時間となっているのではないかと感じております。

SHIMANAMI Beach FES26 – A Successful Conclusion

Anzai Industry is pleased to report the successful conclusion of SHIMANAMI Beach FES26, held on July 19th and 20th, for which we served as the main sponsor. Blessed with fine weather—though temperatures ran higher than in previous years—the festival welcomed a large number of visitors over both days, and we sincerely thank everyone who joined us.

This free-admission event is made possible entirely through the generous support of local and regional businesses and individuals. This year, we were deeply grateful to receive sponsorship from more than 70 companies and individual supporters, many of whom contributed not only financially but also through hands-on assistance during the event itself—truly a festival built by the community, for the community.

Set against a stunning backdrop of the sea and surrounding islands, the venue continues to earn growing praise from performing artists year after year. As a company rooted in this region, Anzai Industry remains committed to supporting local initiatives that bring people together, and we look forward to seeing SHIMANAMI Beach FES continue as a cherished summer tradition.

第8回安西工業ゴルフコンペ成績表

いつも当社のブログをご覧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

このたび、当社では外国籍社員の皆様の日本での生活の安定に寄与すべく、社内および協力会社の外国籍従業員を対象に、「楽天モバイルSIM契約会」を実施いたしました。

【実施概要】

• 目的：通信手段の確保による生活・業務環境の安定

• 対象：外国籍従業員

• 実施方法：オンライン説明会（タガログ語・ベトナム語対応）＋対面契約会

• 契約人数：23名（全員契約完了）

• 対象工場：弓削工場、瀬戸田工場、重井工場

【実習生に寄り添った実施のポイント】

• 多言語サポート：日本語に不慣れな方々が安心して手続きできるよう、タガログ語およびベトナム語による説明会を実施しました。

• 視覚的配慮：楽天モバイル社作成の英語チラシを活用し、視覚的にわかりやすく情報を伝達しました。

• 専門的支援体制：楽天モバイルのスタッフと連携し、複雑な契約手続きもスムーズに対応しました。

大きなトラブルもなく、全参加者が安心してSIM契約を完了することができました。
なお、今後は岡山工場、関東工場、岩城造船を対象とした契約会を順次実施予定です。

今後も実習生や特待生の方々が「異国の地で働く不安」を感じることなく、安心して生活・就労できるよう、必要なフォローと心強い支援を継続してまいります。

Rakuten Mobile SIM Contract Session Held for Interns and Special Trainees

We are pleased to report that we recently held a Rakuten Mobile SIM contract session for our international employees, including interns and special trainees from both our company and our partner companies. This initiative aims to support the stability of their daily lives in Japan by securing essential communication tools.

Event Overview

• Objective: To ensure a stable living and working environment through secure communication access

• Participants: Interns and special trainees

• Format: Online briefing sessions (in Tagalog and Vietnamese) followed by in-person contract support

• Number of Contracts: 23 (all completed successfully)

• Plants Covered: Yuge, Setoda, and Shigei Plants

Key Support Measures

• Multilingual Assistance: Online briefings were conducted in Tagalog and Vietnamese to help participants complete procedures with confidence.

• Visual Support: Official English-language flyers from Rakuten Mobile were used to clearly convey key information.

• Expert Collaboration: In cooperation with Rakuten Mobile staff, we ensured a smooth and supportive contract process.

Thanks to this support system, all participants were able to complete their contracts without major issues and with peace of mind.

We plan to hold similar contract sessions at our Okayama Plant, Kanto Plant, and Iwaki Shipyard in the near future.

Going forward, we remain committed to providing dedicated support so that our international interns and trainees can live and work in Japan without anxiety, and with full confidence.

2025年10月12日（日）、恒例の「安西工業ゴルフコンペ」を無事開催いたしました。

当日は台風の影響が懸念されておりましたが、幸いにも天候に恵まれ、青空の下でプレーを楽しむことができました。大きな事故やけがもなく、全参加者が無事にラウンドを終えることができたことを、心より嬉しく思っております。

本コンペには多くの皆様にご参加いただき、また、数多くの協賛企業様からの温かいご支援を賜りました。この場をお借りして、厚く御礼申し上げます。皆様のご協力により、今回も大変和やかで有意義な時間を過ごすことができました。

7th Anzai Industry Golf Tournament Successfully Held under Clear Skies
On October 12, 2025, Anzai Industry held its 7th annual golf tournament, a well-loved tradition among our partners and employees.

Despite concerns about an approaching typhoon, the event was blessed with beautiful weather. We are pleased to report that all participants completed their rounds safely and without injury.

We extend our sincere thanks to all the participants and the many corporate sponsors whose generous support made the event a success. Your contributions helped create a warm and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the day.

The next tournament is scheduled for March 22, 2026 (Sunday) at Matsunaga Country Club. We look forward to seeing you again next year.

「しまなみビーチフェス2025」開催報告 ― 地域と共に歩む安西工業の挑戦

2025年7月、しまなみエリアを舞台に開催された「しまなみビーチフェス」は、今年も大盛況のうちに幕を閉じました。2日間で延べ15,000名を超える方々にご来場いただき、音楽・マリンスポーツ・花火・グルメが融合する特別な時間を共有することができました。

このイベントは、プロウェイクボーダー内海康次郎さんの「海と地元を盛り上げたい」という情熱と、弊社代表の安西の「地域に貢献したい」という強い信念 が重なって生まれたものです。単なるお祭りではなく、地域の誇りとして未来に受け継がれるべき伝統行事へと成長を続けています。

また、今年も多くの企業様から多大なご協賛をいただきましたことに、心より御礼申し上げます。ご協賛・ご協力により、ステージ演出、飲食ブース、花火大会など、イベント全体のクオリティを大きく高めることができました。

来年に向けては、暑さ対策や駐車場の改善、海外選手の参加拡大など、新たな挑戦に取り組んでまいります。安西工業はこれからも「地域と共に歩む企業」として、皆さまとともに未来を築いてまいります。

Shimanami Beach Festival 2025: A Celebration of Community and Partnership

In July 2025, the “Shimanami Beach Festival” once again brought excitement to the Setouchi region, attracting more than 15,000 visitors over two days. The event combined music, marine sports, fireworks, and local cuisine, creating unforgettable moments for all.

This festival was born from the passion of professional wakeboarder Kojiro Utsumi and the unwavering commitment of our president, Mr. Anzai, to contribute to the community. What began as a small initiative has now grown into a tradition that embodies the pride of the region.

We would also like to express our deepest gratitude to the many corporate sponsors who supported this year’s event. Your contributions greatly enhanced the overall quality of the festival—from stage performances to food stalls and the spectacular fireworks display.

Looking ahead, we aim to further improve the festival with measures such as enhanced heat protection, better parking, and inviting international athletes. At Anzai Industry, we remain dedicated to walking alongside our community and building a brighter future together.

地域への感謝を胸に、映画撮影に協力

この度、当社の大浜工場が、2025年冬に全国公開予定の映画『初恋芸人』の撮影場所に選ばれ、社長の安西がワンシーンながら出演いたしました。主演は原嘉孝様、共演には温水洋一様です。

本作品は、売れない芸人の純粋な恋物語を通じて、青春時代の葛藤や夢を追いかける姿を描くものです。この物語のテーマに深く共感し、また、日頃より因島で事業を営ませていただいていることへの感謝の念から、地域を舞台にした作品への全面的な協力を決定いたしました。

事前の評判も非常に高く、映画.com や Filmarks など主要な映画レビューサイトでは 平均評価4.9/5 と好評価を得ています。観客からは「切ない物語に共感した」「演技に引き込まれた」といった声が多く寄せられています。

当社は、「地域を盛り上げたい」という社長の強い想いのもと、これまでもラジオ出演、しまなみビーチフェスへの協賛など、様々な地域貢献活動に積極的に取り組んでまいりました。今回の映画撮影協力も、その一環でございます。

職人の熱意が通じる、プロフェッショナルな現場

撮影現場では、俳優や監督、スタッフの皆様が、一つのシーンを撮るために何度も繰り返しリハーサルを行う姿に、当社社員も大いに感銘を受けました。

今回の撮影を通じ、改めて、それぞれの分野で専門性を極めることの重要性を感じました。

Our Factory Chosen as a Filming Location for the Movie “Hatsukoi Geinin”

Thank you for visiting the Anzai Industry blog. We are pleased to share some exciting news with you today.

Our Ohama Factory was selected as a filming location for the new movie Hatsukoi Geinin, which is scheduled for nationwide release in winter 2025. Our president, Mr. Anzai, also appeared in one scene of the film.

The film has already received very positive early reviews. On major movie review sites such as eiga.com and Filmarks, it holds an impressive average rating of 4.9 out of 5, with many viewers praising the heartfelt story and strong performances.

We were honored to support this project as a way to express our gratitude to the local community of Innoshima, where our company has long operated and grown. This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to contribute to the community, including our sponsorship of the Shimanami Beach Festival and other local events.

The professionalism and dedication of the film crew were truly inspiring. They reminded us of the importance of striving for excellence in our own work.
